Set IPTV FAQ
Everything we get asked regularly, in one place, including the questions whose honest answers are less flattering than the marketing version.

About the service
Set IPTV is a subscription to a streaming service delivered over your internet connection. You choose a duration, we prepare your access details, and you enter them into a compatible player application on your device.
We sell access and we help you set it up. We do not sell hardware, and we do not sell the player applications — those come from their own developers through your device’s app store.
Before you order
Two things are worth checking first: that your internet connection is comfortable for streaming, and that the device you intend to use can install a compatible player.
If you are unsure about either, call +1 (661) 541-3954 before ordering. We would rather answer questions for ten minutes than process a refund for something that was never going to fit.
A quick pre-order checklist
- A broadband connection with enough headroom for the quality you want
- A device that can install a compatible IPTV player
- An email address you check, since access details are sent there
- A rough idea of what you want to watch, so we can tell you honestly whether it is available
Ordering, payment and refunds
Choosing a plan opens a checkout window on the page. You select the duration, enter your name, email, phone and country, review the total and choose a payment method.
Card details are never entered on this website and never stored by us. Payments are completed on the payment provider’s own secure checkout. Our refund terms are set out on the refund policy page — read them before ordering rather than after.
Support
Support is available on +1 (661) 541-3954 and by email at xyz905391@gmail.com. We help with installation, activation and playback problems on the service we supply.
What we cannot do is repair your home network, fix a faulty television or provide technical support for applications we did not write. We will always tell you when a problem sits outside what we can reach.
What we do not claim
A note on the promises you will see elsewhere. We do not advertise guaranteed uptime, because no streaming service can honestly guarantee it. We do not publish channel counts as a headline number, because the figure is meaningless without knowing which channels and whether they are licensed in your region.
We also do not publish invented review scores or fabricated customer statistics. If you see testimonials on this website in future, they will be from real customers who agreed to be quoted.
The legal position
IPTV is a delivery technology, and it is used lawfully every day by broadcasters and telecom operators. What makes a specific stream lawful is licensing — whether the content is authorised for distribution to you in your country.
You must only access content you are legally entitled to watch. Rules differ between countries and change over time, and it is your responsibility to comply with those that apply where you live. If you are unsure about a particular channel or event, check with the rights holder before subscribing anywhere, including here.
